Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
You connect a number through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. You can use a new number, or an existing business number that isn't tied to a personal WhatsApp account. We'll guide you through the connection step by step.
What are AI tokens, and what happens when I run out?
Tokens measure how much text the AI reads and writes when it drafts replies. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, shown live on your Billing page. If you reach the limit, the AI pauses and your team keeps replying by hand — nothing is charged automatically.
Will the AI make things up?
The AI answers only from your own Knowledge Base — FAQs, products, policies and documents. When it doesn't know, it hands the chat to your team and logs the question so you can add the answer.
Can my team take over a chat?
Yes. Anyone on your team can jump into any conversation at any time, pause the AI for that chat, and resume it later. You can also set keywords like “human” or “manager” that hand the chat to a person straight away.
Which languages does it support?
The dashboard is available in English and Arabic. The AI replies in the language your customer writes in, including voice notes.
How does billing work? Can I cancel?
You pay for a month or a year with a card through Ziina. There is no automatic renewal: when the period ends, your workspace moves back to the Free plan unless you renew. We email you a reminder before that happens, and you can upgrade at any time — unused days are credited to your new plan.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes one team seat, one WhatsApp number and a monthly AI allowance, and it never expires. No card needed.
Is my customers' data safe?
Messages are stored securely and are never used to train AI models. Each workspace is isolated from the others, and you can request deletion of your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for details.
